Complaints

If something about our website or the way we handled an enquiry has not gone well, please tell us so we can review it.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

How to raise a concern

Email info@theskyscanner.net with the subject “Complaint”, or call 020 8187 4844 during Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT. Tell us your name, how you would like us to contact you, the date of the issue and a short description. If a separate booking is involved, include the seller's name and booking reference where available.

Please do not include payment-card numbers, passport details or other sensitive information in your complaint email or web form.

What we will do

  1. We will route your complaint to the appropriate person for review.
  2. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and explain if we need more information.
  3. We will review the correspondence and provide a response or an update. If we need more time, we will explain why and when you can expect to hear from us.

Flight disruption or a booking dispute

For a delay, cancellation, denied boarding or baggage issue, the airline or the seller named on your booking may be the responsible first contact. Check your booking confirmation and the CAA passenger-rights guidance. A complaint to this website does not replace any deadline or process that applies to a separate booking.

External escalation

Where a separate travel contract identifies an eligible alternative dispute resolution or regulatory route, follow the route stated in the booking documents. This website does not claim membership of ABTA or another trade-association dispute scheme.
