These terms apply to this information and enquiry website. A separate travel purchase would have its own seller and booking terms.
1. Who operates this website

We are an independent business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Skyscanner travel-search service or its brand owner. Similar wording in our company name and domain does not indicate a relationship.
2. What this site does—and does not do
The site provides information and a way to send a flight enquiry or contact request. It does not display live flight inventory, fares or availability; hold seats; take payment; issue tickets; or confirm a booking. Submitting a form or calling does not create a booking or oblige you to purchase.
Any later booking or travel service would be governed by separate written terms from the identified seller. Before you agree or pay, the responsible seller should disclose its identity and role, the full mandatory price, any separate fees and optional extras, relevant fare and baggage rules, cancellation/refund conditions and any applicable financial protection.
3. Travel protection and seller identity
This website does not claim that the company is an ATOL holder, an airline, an airline-appointed ticket agent, an ABTA member or an IATA-accredited agent. The Civil Aviation Authority's requirements depend on the actual sales model and any applicable exemption. See the CAA's guidance on selling flight-only and whether an ATOL is needed.
4. Fees and prices
No flight price or service fee is quoted by this website. If a fee or travel price is proposed in a separate transaction, it must be explained before you agree to proceed. Do not rely on a verbal indication as a confirmed fare or booking.
5. Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact and journey information and do not submit passport numbers, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive personal data in the website forms. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
6. Website information and availability
We take care to keep the information on this site clear, but it is general information rather than a real-time travel quote. The site may occasionally be unavailable or changed. No itinerary or fare is guaranteed by content on this site.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, design and the original compass mark are owned by or used with permission by the company. The locally bundled travel photograph is used under the applicable Unsplash licence. Third-party names and links remain the property of their respective owners. No third-party affiliation is implied.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you enter a separate travel or service contract, its written terms will identify the seller and applicable process for questions or disputes. The governing law and courts for that separate contract will be stated there, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
