Does submitting the form make a booking?
No. A form submission or phone conversation does not reserve a seat, lock in a price, take payment or create a booking. Any later offer must identify the seller and full terms before you agree.
Are you part of Skyscanner?
No. THESKYSCANNER is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Skyscanner travel-search service or its brand owner.
Are you an ATOL holder or an authorised airline agent?
This website does not claim ATOL, airline-appointed agent, ABTA or IATA status. The CAA rules depend on the actual seller and transaction. If a booking is proposed, ask who the seller is and what financial protection applies before you agree or pay.
Are there fees?
No price or fee is quoted on this website. If any agency or service fee applies to a separate booking, it should be explained in writing before you commit to the purchase. Mandatory charges and optional extras should be clearly distinguished.
How do refunds or cancellations work?
This website does not accept payment or create online bookings. If a separate booking is made by phone, its written booking conditions will identify the seller and explain how to request a cancellation or refund. Your statutory rights are not removed by those conditions.
