The process
How a flight enquiry works
A request for a conversation is only a request for information. It does not reserve a seat, lock in a fare or create a booking.

Our phone line is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT. Tell us whether you need a new-flight discussion or help with an existing booking. If we cannot handle the request, we will say so.
Check the written details
Before agreeing to a purchase, confirm the contracting seller, airline, complete mandatory price, any agency or service fees, baggage and fare conditions, cancellation terms and whether ATOL protection or another exemption applies.
No live fare or online booking facility
This website does not search airline inventory, display real-time flight prices, hold seats, take payment or issue tickets. A form submission or phone conversation is not a booking confirmation. Availability and price can only be discussed once a specific provider and offer have been identified.
Before any travel purchase
If a booking is offered after you contact us, ask for the relevant seller's name and contact details, the full price including mandatory charges, optional extras and all applicable booking conditions in writing. You should receive the booking confirmation and any applicable protection documents from the responsible seller.
UK flight sellers may need an ATOL or must fall within an applicable exemption. The CAA explains the requirements for flight-only sales and who needs an ATOL. We do not claim ATOL, ABTA or IATA membership on this site.
